Fantastic city view from the room.

The noise insulation between the rooms could be better. I was disturbed by loud conversations from my neighbor. It was really disappointing as I was looking forward to a quiet stay, but the sounds from the walls was good.

Location in the middle of the city was a plus.

it is a lovely small property located in hoan kiem district not far from the central lake of hanoi, and shopping street. the atmosphere of the hotel is family. the room is well-appointed and brand-new and with terrace and a balcony.

I booked brand-new classic queen room here with balcony as well as couch. The breakfast had plenty of options: fresh bread and fruit.

Very cordial staff, it was delightful stay.

The service was exceptional with a quick check-in. I loved the room with a view, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location in a great area was great and fantastic and there were a market and various stores nearby.

We stayed for two nights and loved the bustling Old Quarter. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and we enjoyed a lovely day trip to Halong Bay, staying in a Junior Suite aboard the Signature Cruise with fine views and perfect service.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available.

More seating in common areas would be nice.

The location was perfect! Just a two-minute walk from the lake with beautiful morning scenery. The staff was pretty good with their attentive service. Our massages in the spa were relaxing, and the breakfast selection was excellent, offering various delicious options.

Parking facilities seemed quite limited.

The amazing views were nice, and the staff, especially Miss Giang, were attentive. Be sure to try the breakfast buffet, the selection is excellent! Book the airport transfer for stress-free arrivals.
